whole of system approach, to ensure that incremental change is
consistent with the Canterbury · When appropriate, delivering solutions through existing structures, · Closely involving Planning and Funding to ensure funding flows support clinical solutions, · Evaluating results longitudinally against an outcomes framework consistent with the District Annual Plan, · Supporting change with quality communication and education, · Actively supporting and promoting the initiative across the entire Canterbury health system.
